Councilmember Buscher supported reviewing additional language to improve the Code generally <br />but did not want a new definition created specifically to determine the outcome of the pending <br />Rum River Retreat application. <br />Council directed staff to bring back proposed language for consideration, with a Councilmember <br />observing that the frequency with which variances are granted may indicate it is time to <br />reconsider the underlying standard. <br />
