NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the depth of Lots <br />1-2, Block 2, RUM RIVER RETREAT, Anoka County, Minnesota, may be reduced to no less than <br />185 feet.
