Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-232 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS SATISFIED AND <br />AUTHORIZING RELEASE FROM PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, it has been requested to release properties from two completed Development <br />Agreements associated with the following described properties located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Document Number 271979.1— Deal Industrial Park <br />Lots, 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, and Outlot A, DEAL INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />and <br />Document Number 303957.0 — Deal Commercial Center <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, DEAL COMMERCIAL CENTER, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the above -described properties are encumbered, in whole or in part, <br />by the above -described development agreements (the "Development Agreements") for past <br />proj ects; <br />WHEREAS, the City is declaring the Development Agreements satisfied with respect to the <br />properties described above; and <br />WHEREAS, the Development Agreements will remain on the titles of the affected <br />properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the request to release these Development <br />Agreements from their respective properties on October 13, 2026. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Development Agreements referenced above are deemed satisfied on their respective <br />properties and may be released. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
