L-09-05 <br />G. The Council has received payment from the City's closing on the Property it acquired using <br />Council funds provided pursuant to Loan Agreement No. L-09-05 in an amount consistent <br />with the Council Business Item. <br />RELEASE <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals, which are true and correct and <br />incorporated herein by reference and for other adequate consideration, the receipt and sufficiency <br />of which is hereby acknowledged City and Council agree as follows as of the Effective Date: <br />l . The Council hereby releases and terminates the Agreement and Restrictive Covenant, <br />dated December 3, 2012, recorded March 18, 2013, as Document No. 514444.002 in <br />the Office of the Anoka County Property Tax Administrator/Recorder/Registrar of <br />Titles, with respect to the Property, legally described as Tract A, Registered Land <br />Survey No. 249, Anoka County. <br />(Signature pages immediately follows this page) <br />
