The Contractor was installing the culvert with concrete end caps at station 52+64. The <br />engineer determined additional pipe length was required to meet side slopes off the roadway. This required <br />additional time for the culvert construction and additional grading. <br />Resolution: <br />1. The Agency will adjust the Phase 1 substantial completion time from Friday, October 16, 2026 to Friday, <br />October 30, 2026. <br />2.
