Database management <br /> <br />These skills will be important in helping dovetail your existing MnRAM <br />and MlCCS data together. liza is considered by the MN DNR to be one <br />of the top practitioners of MlCCS and is regularly called to help improve <br />and update the methodology. <br /> <br />Clara Schlichting, AlCP, is an Environmental Planner. She has <br />conducted natural resource planning projects for ,communities <br />throughout Minnesota including:' , <br /> <br />.. Evaluating natural resources <br />.. Prioritizing areas for protection <br />.. Environmental review <br />.. Comprehensive planning <br />.. Ordinance creation <br />.. ' Public involvement <br /> <br />Ciara will assist with public input aspects of the project; meeting <br />facilitation, and helping provide sound public policy and code <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />Amy Carolan is a Plant/Restoration Ecologist. She has participated in a <br />varie1;y of natural areas inventory projects since joining Bonestroo, <br />including Function and Values Assessments for several communities <br />using the MnRAM 3.0 method. <br />. ,. ..... <br /> <br />Beau Thunshelle, Wildlife Biologist, has experience managing game and <br />nongame species in Minnesota, and the surrounding region. He will <br />bring knowledge of wildlife habitat management, habitat needs for <br />sensitive species, and locating greenways and habitat corridors. Beau <br />has been involved with MlCCS projects since joining Bonestroo in 2005. <br /> <br />John Smyth, Aquatic Resource Specialist, is the team leader for the <br />B6nestroo Natural Resources team. He will serve in an advisory capacity <br />for any issues related to wetlands, ordinances; bioengineering, and other <br />. related topics. John has worked with wetlands and wetland issues since <br />the late 1980s. Currently, he serves as lGU/Wetland Conservation Act <br />administrator for 17 cities, creates and implements wetland mitigation <br />and restoration projects throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, and <br />designs bioengineering projects for stream and slope stabilization. <br /> <br />John has used inventory data to develop numerous wetland ordinances <br />for municipalities and will provide input to the project on how to collect <br />and organize field data to enable proactive identification, protection, and <br />management of wetlands, streams, and lakes. <br /> <br />In addition to these staff, Bonestroo has 45 other staff members in its <br />Water and Natural Resources and Planning groups to help bring depth . <br />and breadth of natural resources knowledge to your project. <br /> <br />Detailed resumes of the key personnel are at the end of the proposal. <br /> <br />2 <br />
