Councilmember Jeffrey commented while the Data Practices Act requires the City to provide <br />data, when staff needs to synthesize data for individuals to understand it takes up staff time and <br />resources. <br />City Attorney Goodrich indicated staff has the ability to respond when individuals are not <br />requesting a document with what they interpret the request to be and what is available for the <br />individual. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 7:01 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Heidi A.
