Mr. Deal stated the primary interest of PSD is their 26 acres. They will keep plowing on with it <br />as hard as they can, but how well.they do will depend on how well the whole project does. <br />Public Works Director Olson provided information on the streets the City is required to construct <br />in relation to the Anoka County Medical Examiners Office. <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated the issue of the street construction will be <br />discussed at the upcoming meeting scheduled with the County, PSD and staff. <br />Mayor Gamec stated regarding the marketing group, changes were made due to budget cuts, but <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan was directed to work with the group. <br />Councilmember Elvig informed Mr. Deal that the EDA will be taking on marketing initiatives <br />for Ramsey Town Center. <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon clarified Mr. Sullivan was directed to work as a <br />liaison with the marketing group; he will not be bringing marketing expertise to the group. <br />Councilmember Strommen noted Mr. Sullivan was not to act as a facilitator for the group. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 7:06 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Diana Lund <br />Finance Officer <br />ATTEST: <br />Jo Ann M.
