CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:15 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Strommen. <br />PRESENTATION: 2006 Annual Report <br />Mayor Gamec provided the State of the City Address consisting of the 2006 Annual Report. The <br />Report covered information in the following areas: Population; Tax Rate; Budget; General Fund <br />Operation Budget; City Administrator; Elections; Happy Days; Municipal Center; Building <br />Permits; Economic Development; Planning Division; Ramsey Town Center; Engineering; Park <br />System; Fire Department; and Police Department.
