Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Sean Al. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />The City has entered into a TIF agreement with Minnesota Waterjet, Inc.. As a part of the <br />transaction, the city is to convey title to: Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Third Addition <br />to Minnesota Waterjet, Inc.. On May 23, 2006 the City Council introduced an ordinance to <br />authorize the sale. That ordinance was adopted on June 13, 2006. A resolution is necessary to <br />adopt to complete the sale of Torrens property. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed Resolution. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to introduce Resolution No. 07 -03 which is an ordinance authorizing the sale of : Lot 2, <br />Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Third _ Addition to Minnesota Waterjet, Inc. <br />Review Checklist: <br />Community Development Director <br />City Attorney <br />CC:03.27.07 <br />
