ORDINANCE NO. 07-_ <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />The 10 foot drainage and utility easements as dedicated in the plat of Gebert's Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota lying parallel with and adjacent to the west lot line of Lot 1 <br />and the east lot line of Lot 2, all in Block 1, said Gebert's Addition. Except those <br />portions thereof lying within the north and south 10 feet (as measured at a right angle to <br />the north and south lines) of said Block 1. <br />SECTION 3.
