<br />Subd. 11 Relationship to Other City Code Sections. The Town Center <br />District is structured to establish a regulatory framework intended to be administered <br />separate from certain sections of Chapter 9 of the Ramsey City Code. In order to prevent <br />overlapping development regulations, the following sections of Chapter 9 are not <br />applicable to the Town Center District: 9.11 Standards, 9.12 Signs and 9.20.01 - 9.20.30 <br />Zoning Districts unless it is determined by the City that provisions from these sections <br />are better suited to address any particular aspect of a development proposal. The <br />provisions contained in Section 9.50 Subdivision, shall regulate land subdivision of the <br />Town Center District. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #07-06 has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent of this Ordinance to amend the Town Center Zoning District in Chapter <br />Nine of Ramsey City Code to adjust the permitted uses chart and make adjustments to the <br />performance standards, specifically amending the requirements for floor-area-ratio (FAR) <br />and to establish maximum parking regulations. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
