Motion by Board Member Anderson, seconded by Board Member Wivoda, to adopt Resolution <br />#98-11-264, adopting the amended Findings of Fact #0478 relating to Timothy Kaster's request <br />for a variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Anderson, Wivoda and <br />LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Bawden and Jensen. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Anderson, seconded by Board Member Wivoda, to approve, based on <br />the findings of fact, Timothy Kaster's request for a variance to construct an accessory structure <br />nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property known as 17765 Tonto <br />Street NW and adopt Resolution #98-11-265 declaring terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
