The parcel is approximately 1 acre in size, and the house is located approximately 60 feet
from the front property line. The applicant is proposing to construct the utility shed
approximately 35 feet from the front property line. The site plan submitted and an on-site
inspection reveal that sharp declines in topography, mature tree growth, and drainfield locations
prohibit construction of an accessory building in the side or rear yard.

CITIZEN INPUT

There was none.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Board Member LaDue, seconded by Board Member Wivoda, to close the public
hearing at 7:10 p.m.

Public Hearing/Board of Adjustment/November 2, 1998
Page 1 of 2
