CompuCom can complete its audit and recommendations within two weeks, at a cost of <br />approximately $3,800. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to recommend that City <br />Council authorize the City Administrator to enter into a contract, at a cost not to exceed $3,800, <br />with CompuCom to do an audit of the City's computer system and make recommendations about <br />a system upgrade. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman and Beahen. Voting <br />No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br /> <br />1) Work Session <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman noted that under the Mayor and Council Input portion of the regular <br />City Council agenda, there is a request for a work session to be scheduled on May 19, <br />immediately following the Road and Bridge Committee meeting. This work session is a follow- <br />up to the session held in March. Staff will have a revised format for the CIP and we will have <br />the TIF report completed. Mr. Norman added that budget amendments may be discussed at the <br />work session also. <br /> <br />2) Joint Meeting <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman asked the Committee what they thought of a joint cities meeting <br />(Andover, Ramsey and Anoka) to include Anoka-Hennepin School District #11. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beahen felt it was a good idea and that more dialogue with the School District is <br />needed. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Garnet to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen and Zimmerman. Voting <br />No: None.
