<br />Councilmember Look suggested the Star Tribune reporter for this area be provided information <br />regarding the change to Ryan Construction for the upcoming newspaper article. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich requested direction on whether staff should write a letter to the <br />landowners involved in the Ramsey Crossings area to inform them of the situation. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was to direct the City Attorney to provide the landowners in the <br />Ramsey Crossings area information that the City is moving forward with a different development <br />group. <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Nelson indicated staff discussed this and '..vould prefer to deal ",'ith <br />this in January, rather than June. There is time to resurrect this and to work '..vith Ryan <br />Construction, hopefully coming back '..\lith a deal in the next few weeks. <br /> <br />Councilmcmbcr Elvig asked jf there is anything else Mr. Lasher would suggest regarding this <br />situation. <br /> <br />Mr. Lasher replied the economics of this transaction will change.
