<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolntion and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-02-066 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE REQUEST OF OAKWOOD LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR AN EXCEPTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT MORATORIUM <br />ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE #06-07 AND EXTENDED BY ORDINANCE #07-01 <br />ON THE R-l RESiDENTIAL: RURAL DEVELOPING DISTRICT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 27, 2007 the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolntion #07-02- <br />065 adopting Findings of Fact #0792 relating to Oakwood Land Development's request for an <br />exception to the development moratorium on the R-l Residential: Rural Developing District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the properties for which the exception is requested are as follows: <br /> <br />PIN: 10-32-25-34-0005 <br />PIN: 10-32-25-34-0006 <br />PIN: 09-32-25-44-0006 <br />PIN: 09-32-25-44-0002 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City Council finds an undue hardship resulting from strict compliance with City <br />Ordinance #06-07 and #07-01 because the Petitioner is providing necessary public right-of-way <br />to the City, and delaying consideration until the expiration of the moratorium will further <br />increase property holding costs for the Petitioner and possibly prevent the City from acquiring <br />the needed right-of-way. <br /> <br />2. That the City Council herein approves Oakwood Land Development's request for exception to <br />the development moratorium relating to the Subject Property based on the Findings of Fact <br />adopted by the City Council on February 27,2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmemher Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmemher Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br />
