<br />Cotlllcilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-04-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />ALLOW OUTDOOR SALES, RENTAL, AND DISPLAY IN THE E-l EMPLOYMENT <br />DISTRICT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_, AND DECLARING THE TERMS <br />OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brothers Properties, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly <br />applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a Conditional Use Permit (permit) to allow <br />outdoor display, sales, and rental on the property located at 6300 Bnnker Lake Blvd NW and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Tract C Registered Land Survey No, 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, together <br />with Tract E of said Registered Land Survey, subject to easement of record, Anoka <br />County, Milll1esota. <br /> <br />j <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Corrnnission met on April 4, 2007, conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended that the City Council approve/deny the request for outdoor display, sales, and <br />rental on the Subject Property; an~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on April _' 2007 to review the request for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor display, sales, and rentaL <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 (Conditional Use Permits) of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Permittee shall install pavement on the Subject Property, according to City <br />Standards (6/12 continuous concrete curbing) in accordance with the site plan, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, which shall include all areas considered for outdoor display, storage, <br />customer and employee, parking and maneuvering. Said improvements shall be <br />completed by <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee shall submit a Paving Plan to the City Engineer for review and <br />approval prior to the installation Slf any surfacing improvements. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee shall provide a landscaping buffer along the perimeter of the Subject <br />Property and the adjacent properties. <br /> <br />4) That the Permittee shall provide a cash escrOW or letter of credit, approved as to form by <br />the City, in the amount determined by the City Engineer, in order to ensure the <br /> <br />9 <br />
