The <br />Report covered 'infonnation in the following areas: Population; Tax Rate; Budget; General Fund <br />Operation Budget; City Administrator; Elections; Happy Days; Municipal Center; Building <br />Permits; Economic Development; Planning Division; Ramsey Town Center; Engineering; Park <br />System; Fire Department; and Police Department.
