Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request for Exception to the Development Moratorium in the R-l <br />Residential; Rural Developing District; Case of Oakwood Land Development <br /> <br />The presentation for Case No.3 was acted on under Case'No. 1. <br /> <br />Councilmember E1vig stated he sees this as an extension not to build houses, but to improve <br />roads. He would not want to stand in the way ofthis from what he hears from hls constituents. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember E1vig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #07- <br />02-065 adopting Findings of Fact #0792 relating to a request from Oakwood Land Development <br />for an exception to the development moratorium in the R -1 : Rural Developing District. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look, <br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #07- <br />02-066 to approve the request for an exception to the development moratorium. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Dehell, Look, <br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig left the meeting. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Amend 9.20.25 (Town Center District) of Chapter Nine <br />oftbe Ramsey Zoning Code: Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated this ordinance to amend the Town Center <br />zoning district was discussed at length at the last City Council meeting. The ordinance was <br />introduced at that meeting and is now eligible for adoption. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey stated these changes are well worth reviewing and making corrections. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Ordinance <br />#07-06 to revise Chapter 9.20.25 of the City's Zoning Code to update the zoning district <br />definitions. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Mayor Garnec: <br /> <br />aye <br /> <br />City Council!
