Councilmember Haas St&fen suggested that Mr. Jankowski write a letter to Anoka <br />County Commissioner Dennis Berg, with a cc to Jon Olson of the Highway Department, <br />suggesting that casing be made a policy of the County's also, making certain to point out <br />that it is a State policy. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman <br />to recommend that City Council authorize Change Order #1 in the amount of $24,380 for <br />existing and future casing pipes. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen and Zimmerman. Voting <br />No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br /> <br />1) T.H. #47 Open House <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski reported that one of the major comments at the T.H. #47 open house <br />centered around three homes that had met setbacks, however, they said they did want to <br />be bought out.
