<br />A. Basic Billin~ Services <br /> <br />(1) Basic Billing Services defined. The term "Basic Billing Services" shall be <br /> <br />defined to include: <br /> <br />(a) Entering neW City customers onto Connexus records. <br /> <br />(b) Transferring existing City customers onto Connexus records. <br /> <br />(c) Producing billing statements. <br /> <br />(d) Mailing of the billing statements, including postage. <br /> <br />(e) Responding to customer billing questions. <br /> <br />(I) Remitting revenues collected on behalf of the City, to the City on a timely. <br /> <br />basis. <br /> <br />(g) Assessing late payment fees to accounts with a past-due balance, if <br /> <br />requested. <br /> <br />Basic Billing Services do not include entry of historical data. <br /> <br />(2) Set-Up Charges. <br /> <br />(a) Subscription Fee (one~time charge on neW accounts): <br /> <br />Connexus Member <br />Non~Connexus Member <br /> <br />$1.25 each <br />$4.90 each <br /> <br />(b) Customer Transfer (one-time charge for transfers).
