This site was acquired by the Ci om St. <br />Paul Terminals for redevelopment purposes and was occupied for many years by y's <br />Tranny's. This project will allow for the redevelopment of this commerciaVindustrial prop <br />Mr. Olson indicated the project has been estimated to cost $215,000 and will be funded fi-om T <br />Increment Fiuancing District No_ 2 and through a grant from the Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> <br />City Council!
