AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-2 Business to Planned Unit <br />Development (POO): <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 4. Riverside West. Anoka County, Minnesota. according to the <br />recorded plat thereof and that part of Lot 1, Block 1, BJverview Bowl, Anoka <br />County. MiDllesota according to the recorded plat thereof lying southerly of the <br />westerly extension of the north line of Lot 2. Block I. said plat of Riverview Bowl. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />SEeTlON 2.
