<br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff originally recommended approval of the request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />based on Staff's interpretation of the criteria listed in the Interim Policy, and the appropriateness <br />of using twinhomes as a buffer between existing businesses and single-family homes.
