<br />eASE # il. <br /> <br />eONSIDER ADOPTION OF PARKING RAMP BleyeLE LOeKER RENTAL <br />AGREEMENT <br />By: Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />One of the amenities associated with the new parking ramp are eight bicycle lockers <br />which enhance the multimodal dimension of the parking ramp. -These lockers are to be <br />available to the public on a first come basis. Attached to this case is a rental agreement <br />for the use of these lockers which is based upon a model agreement used by another <br />community. The annual rental rate of$lO and key deposit amount of$lOO have been <br />advertised in the March! April edition of the Ramsey Resident.
