Major Home Improvement Anchor - 136,000 SF <br />. Junior Anchor - 40,000 SF (Sports, electronics...) <br />. Various Pad Sites - l13,OOO SF (Restaurants, In-Line retail, drug store...) <br /> <br />TOTAL 475,000 SF <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NEW Four-Way Slgnalized Intersection at Armstrong and Parkway with full pedestrian <br />movements <br />Improved three-way non-signalized movements at Sunwood Drive <br />1 16th Street extension to north-south Sunwood Drive extension <br />Expanded utilities for new development services to properties west of Ramsey Crossings <br /> <br />Mr. Lasher indicated the initial TIF District created for this project excluded Parcel B; therefore. <br />this 475.000 SF project is within the TIF District. At some point Council will need to have a <br />discussion about Parcel B and the unused portion of Parcel H. <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson asked if the County has approved the intersection with the three-way oon- <br />signalized movements at Sunwood Drive. <br /> <br />Mr. Lasher replied the County has approved it preliminarily, but a written document has not been <br />received yet. <br /> <br />City Council :Work Session I March 6, 2007 <br />Page 2 of8 <br />
