Hovanian Homes <br /> <br />Mayor Oamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec indicated the addition of Case A: Discussion of Boike Property. <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as amended. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />A) Discussion of Boike Property <br /> <br />Ms. Jodi Ruehle, The Tinklenberg Group, stated Mr. Boike and Anoka County have negotiated <br />new terms relative to the sale of Mr. Boike's property located south ofTHIO, west of Armstrong <br />Boulevard. Ms. Ruehle stated Anoka County Commissioner Dennis Berg has indicated that a <br />new appraisal completed in early February concluded the current value of the property to be <br />$4,535,000. Mr. Boike is offering the property for sale at $3,401,250, roughly $1,000,000 less <br /> <br />City Council Work Session I March 20, 2007 <br />Page 1 of 13 <br />
