<br />Community Development Director Trudgeon replied the zoning is R-2Medium Density <br />Residential. There was an attempt to rezone the property for business that was not approved. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey pointed out with the R-2 zoning there is a risk for townhomes on the <br />comer. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated staff has no recommendation on the <br />purchase of this parcel, but does" feel that the net $13.33 per square foot price is very high. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig questioned what the vision would be for this type of purchase. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon replied there is no vision at this time. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was to direct staff not to proceed with the purchase of the Rick Foster <br />Property along Highway #47 at this time. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec announced the following upcoming meetings: <br />.
