Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kane <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Elvig called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:27 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Review of Consultant Funding and Expenditures <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Nelson reviewed that at the February 20, 2007 Council work session, <br />Council met with the representatives of The Tinkleuberg Group to discuss the 2007 Work Plan <br />with regard to transportation initiatives and the THI0 Access Management Study Final Report. <br />Following that discussion, staff provided information to Council regarding the available funding <br />in the 2007 general fund for the consulting. Due to the lack of unallocated consulting funds in <br />the 2007 budget, staff recommended allocating $40,000 from the Council Contingency fund for <br />the work to be performed in 2007 by The Tinklenberg Group. Ms. Nelson reviewed with <br />Council work performed since 2005 by The Tinklenberg Group and the funds that have been <br />expended to date. She stated it is important to point out that there are costs that come up with the <br />RALF program that are not reimbursable by MoDOT. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session I March 27, 2007 <br />Pagel of 5 <br />
