<br />(1.,-1'/ <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-04-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF MONIES FROM THE LANDFILL <br />TIPPING FEE FUND, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $34,646.00, TO ENGAGE <br />THE SERVICES OF BONESTROO ROSENE ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF COMPLETING A NATURAL RESOURCES INVENTORY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, At the Environmental Policy Board meeting of March 15, 2007 the EPB <br />recommended that Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates be engaged to conduct a Natural <br />Resources Inventory for Ramsey for an amooot not to exceed $34,646.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, At the City Council meeting of March 27, 2007, the City Council awarded <br />Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates the contract to complete a Natural Resources Inventory <br />for Ramsey for an amount not to exceed $34,646,00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, funds in the Landfill Tipping Fee Fund can be utilized for expenses <br />associated with environmental services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council authorized the use of monies from the Landfill Tipping Fee <br />Fund, in an amount not to exceed $34,646.00, to retain the services of Bonestroo Rosene <br />Anderlik & Associates to complete the Natural Resources Inventory. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City COlIDcil of the City of Ramsey authorizes the services of Bonestroo Rosene <br />Anderlik & Associates to complete a Natural Resources Inventory for an amount not to <br />exceed $34,646,00, <br /> <br />2) Funding for the Natural Resources Inventory will be provided from the Landfill Tipping <br />Fee Fund in an amount not to exceed $34,646_00, <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10" day of April, 2007_ <br /> <br />-79- <br />
