<br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) conducted a regular meeting on <br />March 8, 2007, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Keith Kiefer (arrived at 7:36 a.m.) <br />John LeTourneau <br />Chris Riley <br />Martin Schindel <br />Jim Steffen <br />Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />David Elvig <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Sean Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Mike Mulrooney, Economic Development Consultant <br />Dennis Sharp, Sharp and Associates, LLC <br />Patrick Hart and Steve Johnson, Solomon Group <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Riley called the regular Economic Development Authority meeting to order at 7:33 <br />a.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Member Strommen, seconded by Member Steffen, to approve the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members Strommen, Steffen, LeTourneau, and <br />Schindel. Voting No: None. Absent: Members Elvig and Kiefer. <br /> <br />APPROVE MINUTES <br /> <br />Chairperson Riley requested the following corrections to the minutes: <br /> <br />Case #1: The vote on the motion to nominate Chris Riley to serve as EDA Chair for 2007 should <br />reflect an abstention by Chairperson Riley.
