Zoning Administrator Frollk stated that earlier this year, Council approved thc final plat <br />for Apple Ridge. Apple Ridge includes Lot 2, Block 1, of J.P.J.V. Addition. This <br />previously platted parcel contained the standard drainage and utility easements around the <br />perimeter of the lot. Now the property has been re-platted as a portion of Apple Ridge <br />with new drainage and utility easements dedicated around the perimeter of all new lot <br />lines. She noted that Mr. Bill Pritchard representing U.S. Homes Corporation is present. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen and Zimmerman. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Haas Steffen. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:37 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Upon inquiry, Ms. Frolik responded that these are standard utility easements around the <br />perimeter of the lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to introduce an <br />ordinance to vacate all drainage and utility easements on Lot 2, Block 1, J.P.J.V. <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman and Beahen. <br />Voting No: None.
