<br />March 23, 2007 <br /> <br />Re: Ramsey Boulevard and lsih Lane Sanitary Sewer and Water Extension Projects <br /> <br />Dear Property Owner, <br /> <br />A neighborhood meeting was held on Thursday March 22, 2007 to present and discuss <br />the draft feasibility studies for the lsih Lane and the Ramsey Blvd. sewer and water <br />extensions. 42 residents signed the meeting attendance sheet and 23 project <br />questiormaires were submitted by the participants which indicated unanimous opposition <br />to both these projects moving forward. <br /> <br />There was concern over what the next step in considering of these projects would be. <br />This letter is to inform you that the results afthe neighborhood meeting will be presented <br />to the Public Works Committee at their April!?, 2007 meeting. Based upon the public <br />response received at the neighborhood meeting staff will be recommending that further <br />consideration of these projects be terminated. The City Council is anticipated to act upon <br />the recommendation of the Public Works Committee at the May 8, 2007 City Council <br />meeting.
