CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to <br />approve the following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution #98-12-303 approving cash distributions made and authorizing <br />payment on accounts payable invoicing received during the period of December <br />1, 1998 through December 4, 1998. <br />Adopt Resolution #98-12~304 approving partial payment to Kuechle <br />Underground, Inc. for Improvement Project #98-21 (Section 28 Sewer and Water <br />Extension) <br />Adopt Resolution #98-12-305 approving partial (final) pay to W.B. Miller for the <br />1998 Street Maintenance Program - Division C - Bituminous Overlay <br />(Improvement Project #98-08 - 98-12) and Division D - Street Reconstruction of <br />Uranium Street in Bums Township. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen, <br />Beyer and Haas Steffen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Application by Amanda Dressier of Santo Productions for On-Sale <br />and Sunday Liquor License <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:17 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />.Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Police Chief Gustafson stated that Amanda Dressler of Santo Productions has properly <br />applied for an on-sale and Sunday liquor license at the property known as The Lighthouse <br />Grille & Bar, 6937 Highway #10. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
