Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Establish Development Moratorium on Certain <br />Parcels within the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that at their December 8, 1998 meeting, Council <br />introduced an ordinance to review establishing a development moratorium on certain <br />parcels within the City. Council amended the draft moratorium to a term of 60 days from <br />the 90 days proposed.
