Case #3: Request for Sketch Plan Review of the Plat of Hack Center; Case of Hack <br />Real Estate Associates <br />Associate Planner Geisler indicated Case Nos. 3 and 4 will be discussed together. She stated <br />Hack Real Estate Associates has submitted a minor plat application along with their site plan <br />submittal to construct a commercial development in Rivenwick Village, adjacent to Village <br />Bank. The sketch plan is proposing to replat Outlot A of Rivenwick Village into one buildable <br />lot, which is the same size and shape. The proposed lot in lot requirements in the MU -PUD <br />zoning district. The total area of the lot is 9.3 acres.
