Mr. Peterson stated regarding the comment that the time of the year the study was done was not <br />appropriate, it is true that formal wetland delineation needs to be done during the season, but that <br />does not apply to doing this type of analysis. Also, he would point out that no buffer exists until <br />the time that the property is subdivided; property in its current state is not covered by the buffer <br />ordinance.
