Absent: Chairperson Nixt. <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />The following Council minutes were noted: <br />1) City Council regular meeting minutes dated December 12, 2006 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS /COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for Year 2007 <br />Commissioner Van Scoy nominated Michael Nixt as Chairperson for 2007. Commissioner <br />Brauer seconded the nomination. <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to appoint Michael Nixt <br />as Chairperson of the Planning Commission for 2007. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Brauer, Van Scoy, <br />Cleveland, Hunt, and Trites Rolle. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt. <br />Commissioner Cleveland nominated Gary Levine as Vice- Chairperson for 2007.
