3) Staff and Commission Updates <br />Comprehensive Plan Update Consultant Subcommittee <br />Assistant Community. Development Director Frolik indicated RFP's have been sent out for <br />consultants to assist with the City's 2008 Comprehensive Plan update. Staff would like a <br />subcommittee consisting of three City Council Members and three Planning Commission <br />Members to interview the top three or four candidates. <br />Commissioners Cleveland, Hunt, and Trites Rolle volunteered to serve on the subcommittee. <br />Ramsey Forum <br />Commissioner Brauer announced the first forum of the Ramsey3 project is scheduled for <br />Thursday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m. in the Ramsey Room of the municipal center. Dan Markel <br />from the University of Minnesota will discuss regional intersections. <br />Habitat for Humanity Meeting <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik announced Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity <br />will be meeting at the municipal center Monday, February 5"' at 7:00 p.m. <br />G Z�1 ROL VA �l►Y 1 <br />Motion by Commissioner Hunt, seconded by Commissioner Trites Rolle, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Hunt, Trites Rolle, <br />Brauer, Cleveland, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None.
