the parking ramp. There is approximately 24 inches in between the fencing and there is a <br />straight down shot from the top level. In the same idea as the snow chute concerns it was <br />brought to his attention of the possibility of kids playing around on fences, and if they were to <br />get inside of that 24 inch area there would be nothing to stop them on their way down. <br />City Engineer Jankowski indicated this concern will be looked into also. <br />Councilmember Elvig stated the real problem with this is that if someone were to fall into the <br />snow chute there would be no way for them to get out. <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated the consensus of the Committee was to direct staff to pursue the <br />costs of a panic bar being installed on the door and the installation of a grate cover, which has <br />been done. <br />No action required. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />Mayor Gamec announced the following events: <br />• Volunteer Appreciation Dinner: April 16 social hour at 6:00 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 <br />p.m. at the Links of Northfork <br />• Habitat for Humanity groundbreaking: April 16 9:00 a.m. at Town Center Gardens <br />• Highway 47 Open House: April 19 5:30 p.m. at Lord of Life Church <br />• Sunfish Lake Open House: April 19 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Municipal Center <br />Councilmember Strommen announced the last Ramsey3 forum is scheduled for Thursday, April <br />12 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Center.
