<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />Notice is hereby given that the City of
<br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public
<br />hearing on Monday, February 2, 1998, at 7:30
<br />p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153
<br />Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
<br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider
<br />an ordinance to amend Section 9.11.02
<br />(Accessory Uses), Subdivision 12, of the
<br />Ramsey City Code to allow poie buildings,
<br />with design restrictions, on properties from I
<br />two acres to less than five acres in size. The
<br />design restrictions would include. soffit; fasci~,
<br />eave overhang and exterior faCing which IS
<br />compatible, as determined by the Building
<br />Inspector, with the principal structure.
<br />All interested persons are invited to attend
<br />the hearing and comment on the proposed
<br />ordinance. The' City of Ramsey complies with
<br />the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon
<br />advance request, information will be provided
<br />in an alternative form and interpreters will be
<br />available. Any person with such a request
<br />should contact Joanne Kusler at 427-1410 by
<br />noon on Thursday, January 29, 1998. There is
<br />a TOO machine at Ramsey Municipal Center;1

<br />Written comments are welcome and shall
<br />I be addressed to the Ramsey Planning
<br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW,
<br />Ramsey, MN 55303. Written comments shall
<br />be received at the 'above address prior to 5:00
<br />p.m. on Monday, February 2, 1998.
