Chairperson Bawden stated the Commission had previous issues with draft minutes and indicated <br />current procedures were adequate. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS - Follows Case #3 <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request for Sketch Plan Approval of Gobernatz 2nd Addition; Case of John <br />Gobernatz <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated the applicant is proposing to create two new 2.5 acre lots <br />from his 35 acre homestead. In 1989, the applicant gave two of his four children a 2.5 acre lot <br />from the then 40 acre homestead. In 1990, the minimum lot size increased from 2.5 acres to 10 <br />acres. The applicant is proposing to replat his homestead into a 30 acre parcel for himself and <br />two 2.5 acre lots for the remaining two children. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to accept the sketch plan <br />for Gobernatz 2nd Addition contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May <br />26, 1998. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Anderson, Jensen, Deemer, <br />and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Mr. Hamann stated there would be a second driveway going out to 143rd Lane NW. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer asked if there was a print of the proposed building available.
