CITIZEN INPUT

Dale Onstad, 14700 Ramsey Boulevard, stated concern regarding the export of the soil over the
existing gravel road and questioned if the gravel road was proposed for the County Road #116
extension. City Engineer Jankowski stated the gravel road would be a part of the County Road
#116 extension and indicated grading would begin by September, 1998, with bids opening by July
15, 1998. He indicated there would be approximately 5,000 to 6,000 truckloads, or 2,500 to
3,000 loads if belly-dump trucks were used.

Ms. Onstad indicated her property borders the gravel road and questioned how the applicant
could receive approval to haul on the #116 extension easement as opposed to Highway #10. City
Engineer Jankowski stated the gravel road was meant to be temporary and created in order to get
trucks in to construct Wells #3 and #4. He stated the exporting of soil over the gravel road
wouldn't effect the road, as it wouldn't be around much longer.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner LaDue, seconded by Commissioner Deemer, to close the public hearing
at 8:08 p.m.

Motion Carried.
