COMMISSION INPUT

Commissioner Anderson inquired if steps were being taken regarding earlier suggestions that Mr.
Reichert may be in violation of City Codes. Community Development Assistant Walther indicated
Staff would follow up with the complaints.

Commissioner Anderson questioned if after the City Council adopted the Comprehensive Plan,
the yellow shaded areas indicating mixed residential would automatically be rezoned. Community
Development Director Sherman explained land use designations would be made through the
Comprehensive plan. Densities would be considered rather than housing types. She stated
instead of using current zoning it would go to a density.

Commissioner Anderson inquired if movement of the MUSA line would cause rezoning.
Community Development Director Sherman stated that is currently being investigated.

t~~'er cn t~¢ east w~rc=g~2 ~nte t~e }.~.
