I have personally spoken to many residents on who live on Waco and claim that Waco is already a <br />raceway. <br />Even when the original one-acre plat map when proposed back in 1973, the city officials require that 153ra <br />be built with a 60 foot set back to handle future Waffic problems. There even was mention that a future <br />bridge at a 153~ may be required to cross the Rum River to handle the traffic when the land was finished <br />being developed into one-acre lots. <br /> <br />You a city official need to listen to the residents. Many times the residents have stated that we do not want <br />high-density developments. People on the Met council do not live in Ramsey; Mr. Packer does not live in <br />Ramsey.
