Civil Engineer II Linton pointed out that paragraph 3 in the resolution <br />addresses the concern and states.".. .no further building permits for additional residential <br />structures will be issued until such time as the Subject Property is replatted in accordance with <br />City Code and access is provided via a public road improved to City standards." <br /> <br />Motion carried.
