<br />b. Holiday decorations temporarily displayed on traditionally accepted <br />civic, patriotic, or religious holidays. <br /> <br />c. On premise address or nameplate identification signs having a sign <br />area of four (4) square feet or less. <br /> <br />d. Memorial plaques or tablets, grave markers, (statutory, or other <br />remembrances of persons or events that are non-commercial in <br />nature. <br /> <br />e. Interior signs which are fully located within the interior of any <br />building or stadium, or within an enclosed lobby or court of any <br />building, or in the lobby or entrance of any theater which are <br />intended solely for information relating to the interior operation of <br />the building in which they are lo~ated. <br /> <br />f Temporary real estate signs. <br /> <br />g. Garage sale and craft sale signs. <br /> <br />h. Pennants. <br /> <br />9.12.17 <br /> <br />Permit Application <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Application for permits shall be made upon forms <br />provided by the Zoning Administrator and shall state or have attached thereto the <br />following information: <br /> <br />a. The names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the applicant, the <br />owner of the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, the <br />owner of the sign, and the person to be erecting or affixing the sign. <br /> <br />b. Type of sign. <br /> <br />c. Type of construction materials to be used. <br /> <br />d. Location of building, structure or parcel to which, or upon which, the <br />sign is to be attached or erected. <br /> <br />e. Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the <br />nearest buildings, structures, public streets, right-of-ways and <br />property lines, along with location and square footage areas for all <br />existing signs on the same premises. The drawing showing such <br />position shall be prepared "to scale." <br />
