<br />If the amendments are to be adopted, there needs to be some additional discussion regarding <br />timing for compliance, enforcement, and consequences for non-compliance. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />Enclosed for review is an edited version of the H-1 Highway District identifying some options <br />to surfacing materials and elimination of the curbing requirement. <br /> <br />As stated earlier in this report, there are 2 other zoning districts along the corridor: B-2 <br />Business and E-1 Employment. In reviewing the minutes of January 23, Staff is requesting <br />additional clarification as to what the Council direction is in these districts. <br /> <br />Funding: <br /> <br />Processing amendments to code, continued enforcement and inspections will be handled by current <br />Staff with no additional funding needed. <br /> <br />Action Statement: <br /> <br />Provide direction to Staff on how to proceed with possible amendments to City Code regarding <br />performance standards along the Highway # 10 corridor. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />ccws: 5.1.07 <br />
