<br />Communitv Revitalization Projects <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Nothing new to report. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: Staff will continue to work with Ace Solid Waste for development of the <br />site. A draft purchase agreement was submitted to staff in late January. Once the terms of this <br />purchase' agreement are agreed upon the closing will occur very soon. Staff anticipates this <br />project to close no later than June 30, 2007. <br /> <br />14230 Basalt St NW: Building has been demolished and the site has been cleared. <br />Staff is now marketing the property for development. <br /> <br />6590 141st Avenue: Demolition is complete and the site will be marketed for development. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Ramsev Crossings: Nothing new to report. <br /> <br />Additional Parcels Identified for Acquisition: Condemnation hearings for Sparkle Pool, KIH <br />erecting and Eugene Brown are scheduled for May 21, 2007.
